Refunds are accepted only in the case of defective or damaged products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.


To be eligible for a refund, the product must:

 

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in its original condition

  • Include original packaging, tags, and labels

  • Show no signs of use, washing, or wear

 


⚠️ Once a product has been worn, tried on extensively, washed, or altered in any way, we cannot accept any return or issue any refund, even in the case of size or fit issues.


We do not accept returns or refunds for:

 

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size selection

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper use or washing

 


 

Return Request Process

 


To request a return for a defective product, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order, providing:

 

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

 


Once the request is approved, we will provide further instructions regarding the return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected and verified.
